Prepare your troupes and polish your arcane skills! Grognard Games Roselle is thrilled to host our 1st Annual Moonstone Tournament, The Summer Stone Standoff 1! While competition will be fierce, this event is all about whimsical fun and engaging battles. All players are welcome and encouraged to join the fray!

Event Schedule:
11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Check-in & Muster
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM: Round 1
1:30 PM - 2:15 PM: Lunch Break
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Round 2
4:45 PM - 6:45 PM: Round 3
7:00 PM: Awards Ceremony!
Tournament Primer & Rules:
This will be a 3-round competitive Moonstone tournament using drafting rules. The four main factions are welcome, and no campaign cards will be used.
Character Count Twist: At the start of each round, the Tournament Organizer (TO) will flip a coin:
Heads: That round will be played with 5 characters.
Tails: That round will be played with 6 characters.
Terrain & Stones: We'll be playing with pre-determined terrain, and the TO will drop stones for the players, with each player allowed a single mulligan. Build your troupes with this in mind!
Painting & Points:
Your troupes should be painted and based!
Fully painted troupes will receive 1 extra Tournament Point (TP) per round!
Tournament Points (TP) System:
Win = 3 TP
Draw = 2 TP
Loss = 1 TP
Fully painted troupes = +1 TP per round
Awards & Bragging Rights (Worth More Than Gold!):
We're making custom trophies and certificates for:
Overall Winner
Most Stones Collected
Most Characters Slain
And of course, the most coveted Wooden Spoon!
Moonstone is about having fun and engaging each other in a whimsical and fantastic game, which is why we are focusing on these unique awards rather than cash prizes. Bragging rights are truly worth more than gold!
What You'll Need:
Most importantly: Yourself!!!
A 6-10 model troupe following standard faction rules (remember the character count twist!).
A deck of Moonstone Arcane and Melee cards.
7d4 and 2d6 dice. (We only need 1 set per table, but if we all bring them, we'll have more than enough to play!)
