Event Overview: The Veritas Prime Blind Doubles
In the darkness of M42, a massive pulse of warp energy erupts from the dead world of Veritas Prime, drawing all eyes to a planet supposedly scoured by Exterminatus centuries ago. Different factions have converged, drawn by a psychic shockwave hinting that something on Veritas Prime has awakened.
You will be randomly assigned a teammate at the start of the event, forming a "Blind Doubles" team to compete in a three-round Swiss tournament!

Tournament Format & Details

Format: 3 rounds, Swiss-style pairings via Best Coast Pairings (BCP) for matching.

Missions: To Be Determined (detailed breakdown provided in event packet).

Round Length: 3 hours per round.

Terrain: GW-style event terrain will be utilized.

Army Lists: Must be submitted to the Tournament Organizer (TO) at the start of the event.

Proxies: Sensible proxies allowed (correct base size is a must). Contact the TO on Discord if you have any questions about a proxy.

Prizes will be awarded for excellence in generalship, hobby skills, and community spirit! (All ties settled by dice roll.)

What to Know Before You Arrive
At check-in, you will be randomly assigned a teammate for the day! Each player will receive an event packet containing scoring sheets, voting forms, and mission details. Please be on time and prepared, as team assignments and the first round will begin promptly at 10:30 AM.
