The Booster Tutor Rule!

A shared spell, called "Booster Tutor!", will be placed in a shared command zone. This spell introduces a heavy dose of fun and randomness to every game!

• Cost: One mana of any color ($\text{1}$).

• Effect: When cast, you immediately crack open a booster pack and choose one card from it to add to your hand. That card can then be cast using mana of any color!

Your $20 entry secures you three (3) non-Collector Booster and non-Modern Horizons packs to use with the Booster Tutor. More packs will be available for purchase should you choose to use the spell more than three times!
